On November 9, 2023, CGPI hosted the opening ceremony for the 18th cohort of its EMP  in Beijing. The cohort welcomed 52 participants from 18 cities across 12 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China. Notably, 42.3% of the cohort hailed from business and cross-sector backgrounds, reflecting a growing trend of corporate engagement in social responsibility. The rising prominence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a focus area—now ranking among the top five priorities for participants—signals heightened corporate awareness of sustainable business practices and societal impact.
