Beijing Dalio Public Welfare Foundation

The Beijing Dalio Public Welfare Foundation is a non-public fundraising, donation-based foundation, which was established after registration in the Beijing Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau in January 2014. The Foundation is committed to providing financial support to the fields of child welfare, education and social organization innovation, so as to make contributions to the improvement of professional capabilities in the philanthropy of China and the construction of a harmonious society. Since its establishment, the Foundation has funded non-governmental charitable organizations that have worked effectively in the fields of assistance for orphans with disabilities, companionship and employment counseling for mentally handicapped youths, and education for migrant children. Meanwhile, in the process of responsible supervision and guidance of these organizations and learning from each other, the Foundation has witnessed the vigorous vitality of domestic outstanding charitable organizations as well as the perseverance and creativity of diligent philanthropic practitioners, and they have grown up together in cooperation and embracing challenges. The Beijing Dalio Public Welfare Foundation focuses on helping funded charitable organizations to improve their own fund-raising capabilities, so as to achieve sustainable development. Mr. Ray Dalio is the co-founder and original proponent of the CGPI and is also the founding director of Beijing Dalio Public Welfare Foundation. He has been providing contributions to the Beijing Dalio Public Welfare Foundation. Entrusted by Mr. Ray Dalio, the Beijing Dalio Public Welfare Foundation participated in the preparatory establishment of the CGPI as one of the five initiating foundations.

Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation

Guided by the belief that every life has equal value, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation works to help all people lead healthy, productive lives. In developing countries, it focuses on improving people's health and giving them the chance to lift themselves out of hunger and extreme poverty. In the United States, it seeks to ensure that all people—especially those with the fewest resources—have access to the opportunities they need to succeed in school and life. Based in Seattle, Washington, the foundation is led by CEO Mark Suzman, under the direction of Bill Gates and Melinda French Gates.

Inner Mongolia Lao Niu Foundation

Inner Mongolia Lao Niu Foundation (hereinafter referred to as “Lao Niu Foundation”) is a foundation engaged in public welfare and philanthropy, which was established in late 2004 by Mr. Niu Gensheng and his family. Mr. Niu (the founder, former chairman, and president of Mengniu Dairy Group) and his family donated their Mengniu Dairy Group corporate shares and the majority of their dividends to create the foundation. The Foundation is registered with the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region’s Department of Civil Affairs and supervised by the Financial Affairs Office. The vision of the Lao Niu Foundation is to “have grateful hearts and improve oneself by helping others,” and to “be responsible for the earth under heaven by nurturing both people and nature.” The Foundation’s mission is founded on the belief that “education is fundamental to the nation, the environment is fundamental to life, and philanthropy is fundamental to society.” The three primary focuses of the Foundation are environmental protection, cultural education, and championing the development of China’s philanthropic sector. Through cooperation with 184 institutions and organizations, the Foundation has undertaken 267 public welfare and charity projects in 31 provinces (autonomous regions/municipality/special administrative region) in China and the regions of the United States, Canada, France, Denmark, Nepal, Africa and Italy by the end of 2020, with the philanthropic expenditure of CNY1.565 billion. Besides, The Foundation ranked the first in China Charity Transparency Report and China Charity Transparency Index for a Seventh consecutive year , and it topped the list of “China’s Non-Public Offering Foundation Donation” for four years in a row, and honored as the prizes of Top Ten Family Foundations, Wise Giving Promoter and Top Ten China–European Green Foundations. It was awarded the titles of National Advanced Social Organization by the Ministry of Civil Affairs and Class 5A Social Organization by the Department of Civil Affairs of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and the Prize for the Outstanding Contribution to Philanthropy by Hohhot Government. It also honored as the advanced basic-level party organization by the Social Organization of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region; and honored as "The First Level of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in archival work”.

Beijing Qiaonyu Foundation

The Beijing Qiaonyu Foundation was established in November 2012. On August 8, 2015. Madam Qiaonyu HE promised to donate 7.5% of her total shares of the Oriental Landscape (a total of 76.3 million shares valued at 2.927 billion yuan at the time) to the Foundation for public welfare undertakings focusing on nature conservation. Beijing Qiaonyu Foundation upholds the mission of “Heart for the earth, Protect the nature and biodiversity”, with a vision of becoming one of the most influential foundations of nature conservation in the world.

ZheJiang Dunhe Foundation

ZheJiang Dunhe Foundation(also“Dunhe Foundation”), founded on May 11, 2012, is a grant-making foundation approved and administered by Civil Affairs Department of Zhejiang Government. Dunhe Foundation’s mission is to “promote Chinese culture and human harmony". By adhering to the values of "respectingthe Tao and valuingvirtue", we have supported three main areas--sinology inheritance, charity culture and public welfare.
