  • Ma Weihua Chairman of the Board

    Chairman of the Board Former President of China Merchants Bank

    Ma Weihua was deputy to the 10th National People’s Congress, and member of the 11th &12th National Committee of CPPCC. He is also the Director General of the National Achievements of Science and echnology Transformation and Guidance Fund, President of the One Foundation, Chairman of the China Alliance of Social Value Investment, Standing Director of China Society for Finance and Banking, winner of the Commander Medal of the Star of Italy, and adjunct professor at Perking University, Tsinghua University and other colleges and universities. Mr. Ma seeks the integration of philanthropy and business in the fields of social finance, charitable trusts, social enterprises, etc., and actively promotes the development of China's impact investment. He was also hired by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) as a special advisor to the representative office in China and a member of the Advisory Board on the Impact of Sustainable Development Goals.

    The 7th President of SEE Conservation Director of the Greater China Region of The Nature Conservancy (TNC) Director of the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) in China Patrons of Nature of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) Doctor of Economics from Wuhan University. Mr. Ai Luming has been awarded the title of "public welfare person of the year" for many times for what he had done for environmental protection. Ai Luming and the nearly one thousand entrepreneur members have been always personally participating in environmental protection practices and exploring new modes of environmental protection. They put their wealth and resources into the environmental protection, help with network building and maintaining. They have applied business wisdom to create environmental values and solve social problems, therefore become a model of modern innovation and welfare governance in serving the public interest.


  • Chen Yueguang Director

    Mr. Chen Yueguang serves as the vice president of the China Charity Alliance, vice president of the International Academy of Chinese Culture, Chairman of the governance committee of the board of director of the Westlake University, Deputy Executive Chairman of Westlake Education Foundation, President of the Zhejiang Dunhe Foundation etc. Mr. Chen was appointed as an honorary research fellow at the Research Center for Folklore, Classics and Chinese Characters of Beijing Normal University which is a key research base of the Ministry of Education for Humanities and Social Sciences, a senior research fellow at the Institute for Advanced Study in Arts and Humanities of the Chinese National Academy of Arts, a visiting professor at Hangzhou Normal University, a distinguished professor at China Global Philanthropy Institute, etc. His works include “A Thoughtful Actor”, “The International Academy of Chinese Culture in the 1980s”, “Humility”, and “The Call of the Public Good”. Mr. Chen has been working in media and culture enterprises for a long time, was the deputy editor-in-chief of the “Into the Future” series and magazines with wide influence in the 1980s; he successively acted as the editorial board member and director of general editor of the Women of China, and editor-in-chief of China Disabled Persons, Peasants of China, China Market Economic News, and director of the periodical office committee and editor-in-chief of Science and Technology of China. He used to serve as Executive Vice President of Sunchime Cartoon Group, Chairman of Yinhan Communication Company, etc. Mr. Chen has been involved in public welfare undertakings such as Hope Project for more than 30 years, and was once the vice president of the China Youth Development Foundation. Since 2017, he was awarded by the media as “China Top Ten Social Promoters”, “Social Responsibility Pioneer”, “Top Ten Philanthropy Figures” and “China Philanthropy Figures” etc.

    Founder of Bridgewater Associates

    Ray Dalio is the founder of Bridgewater Associates, the largest hedge fund in the world. In 2012, he entered the list of the annual top 100 world's most influential persons of Time. He has funded a number of projects in education, marine exploration and conservation, mental health and healthcare, and joined together with his wife, Barbara Dalio, the “Giving Pledge”, promising to donate more than half of the wealth to charities. In addition, he is the founding director of the Beijing Dalio Public Welfare Foundation, which provides financial support for China's child welfare development and the innovation and capacity enhancement in China's social organizations and philanthropy. His book "Principles" has had a huge influence in the Chinese economic and philanthropic circles.

    Chairman of Lao Niu Foundation

    Lei Yongsheng serves as the President of Lao Niu Foundation, concurrently the Chief Supervisor of the China Charity Alliance, Vice President of the China Foundation Center, Director of China Social Enterprise and Impact Investment Forum, Director of China Global Philanthropy institute, and Vice President of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Red Cross Society. For three consecutive years, he has been awarded “China Public Welfare Figure/ Influence · China Public Welfare 100 Persons”, and was awarded "Lifetime Honorary Director" by the China Philanthropy Research Institute.

    Liu Jing is the Vice President and Secretary General of China Association of Social Workers and President of China Philanthropy Times. In 2001, he founded the China Philanthropy Times, planned and prepared the annual China philanthropy list, and initiated the establishment of the China Committee of Corporate Citizenship. He has made achievements in the planning, propaganda, theoretical research, and practical exploration of philanthropy and socialized old-age care.

    Philanthropic Partnerships Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation

    Robert Rosen is the director of Philanthropic Partnerships. In this role Robert leads a team that oversees the foundation’s relationship with philanthropists and charitable organizations across the globe. Previously Rosen served as Director of the foundation’s Executive Office and in various roles in Communications. Before joining the foundation in 2007, Robert served as Senior Director of the Corporate Finance Practice of the Corporate Executive Board, the international business strategy and research firm. Previously he served as Political Director for Senator Edward M. Kennedy, and in the White House as Assistant to the President and Director of Advance for President Clinton.Robert received a Juris Doctorate from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Vermont.


  • Shen Xuxin Director

    Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of Zhejiang Dunhe Foundation. Member of the CPPCC Committee of Shangcheng District, Hangzhou; Chairman of the New Social Stratum Association of Shangcheng District, Hangzhou; Director of Ma Yifu Academy of Zhejiang University. Mr. Shen has worked in the financial field for many years and has been devoted to philanthropy since 2014. He once served as the Chairman of the first and second board of directors of Dunhe Foundation.


  • Fang Yi Honorary Director

    Fang Yi was once the Vice President of Oriental Land Investment Holding Group. In July 2011, she donated CNY 10 million in her own name to Beijing Foreign Studies University to establish the "International Strategic Talent Cultivation Fund." In 2014, she drove the Beijing Qiaonyu Foundation to invest in Renmin University of China to found the "Ecological Finance Research Center of RUC" and published the first “Blue Book of Ecological Finance”in China.

    Ms. Yang Jin is acting as the CEO of Dong Yi Ri Sheng Home Decoration Group Co., Ltd. which she founded in 1997. She is also the standing director of China Entrepreneur, and a member of the Beijing Youth Federation. Ms. Yang is dedicated to philanthropy and is serving as the chairman of the CNDCA Beijing Honghua Charity Fund Council; she founded the Nirvana Foundation. Ms. Yang holds a PhD from Shanghai Jiaotong University & Arizona State University Advanced Institute of Finance.
