This year, the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the Ministry of Education have focused on mobilizing and guiding social organizations to participate in the employment of college graduates. It is proposed on the Notice on Guiding Social Organizations to Assist College Graduates in Employment released recently to guide schools, vocational training institutions, research institutions, relevant industry associations and chambers of commerce to actively carry out various vocational skills training for graduates. At the same time, the vocational training of in-service public welfare practitioners has again attracted attention.

On September 28, CGPI, as an important institution to cultivate the professional ability of social forces, organized the Yilun Salon, and invited Liu Guoling, Executive Vice President and Secretary-General of Shenzhen Charity Federation, Yuan Dongsheng, head of the project office of the Hanns Seidel Stiftung Shandong Bavaria Teacher Training Center, Zhang Qianqian, head of Beijing Gongyifang Technology Co., Ltd., Shi Min, co-founder of Gongyi Human Resources Co., Ltd  and an EMP alumnus of CGPI, Cao Yuan, a senior human resource manager, and the media, focused on the vocational education of social organizations, and jointly explored the bottleneck and breakthrough path of talent cultivation of social organizations. At the same time, the Public Welfare Online School of CGPI released the "Report on the Construction of Online Public Welfare Education Courses for Industrial Needs", which was the stage result of the "Thousand-Hundred Plan | Hundred Project Funding Plan".
