On July 20, 2022, the salon themed "Social Organizations Help College Students Hunt Jobs" sponsored by CGPI came to a successful closure, and special report on Demand for Social Organization Talents was released. The salon is a stage achievement of “Morningstar” college student employment empowerment plan (donated and managed by Give2Asia) co-initiated by CGPI and JP Morgan. Gaining strength from social organizations, the salon aimed at matching talents demand of social organization with employment demand of college students from a higher vision and with a broader condensed social intelligence.
The salon themed "Social Organizations Help College Students Hunt Jobs" gathered representatives from all walks of life, including government department, social organizations, colleges and universities. Bai ling, deputy director of Shenzhen Administration of Social Organizations, Huang Ruiyi, party branch secretary of Human Resources Association in Futian district, Pan Quanxiao, deputy researcher from school of government management of Shenzhen University, He Caixia, secretary-general of Cheung Kong Philanthropy Fund in Guangdong, Chenhuan, director of cooperative development project of Guangzhou Institute of Non-Profit Organization and Zeng Weiling, senior director of Social Policy Research Center of CGPI attended the salon, and participated in the sharing and round table discussion. The participants shared experiences and suggestions on the direction and measures of social organization talent training, such as building a social organization talent cultivation system, breaking down barriers of all parties and establishing communication mechanisms, formulating corresponding professional standards, and improving the talent evaluation system.
