In late July 2026, over 40 EMP students from the China Global Philanthropy Institute (CGPI) attended the mobile class of the course "Philanthropy and Family Legacy" in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia. Faculty across disciplines — including Lei Yongsheng, Chairman of the Lao Niu Foundation; Fu Changbo, professor at Beijing Normal University; Bai Ruimin, founder of Chuan Jia Think Tank; Niu Ben, Honorary Chairman of the Beijing Lao Niu Siblings Foundation; and Dean Chen Huanshan — jointly lectured and shared insights.
Taking the Lao Niu Foundation's two-decade exploration as a starting point, the class focused on concrete choices of families, enterprises, and communities. Family legacy is not a charitable add-on to wealth, but a long-term design integrating family values, member growth, corporate responsibility, and social value — giving wealth direction through responsibility, bonding families via joint participation, and sustaining goodwill through professional governance.
