On August 14, 2026, the 27th National Blue Book Annual Conference was held in Hohhot, where the 17th "Excellent Blue Book Award" was presented. The general report "Social Organizations Promoting Socio-Economic Innovation and Development," co-authored by the Shenzhen Civil Affairs Bureau and the China Global Philanthropy Institute (CGPI) and included in the Shenzhen Social Organization Development Report (2025), won the second prize for excellent blue book report.

After rigorous reviews, the report stood out from thousands of national entries with its solid data, in-depth policy analysis, and rich case studies, earning recognition from experts. The award affirms the team's professionalism and highlights Shenzhen's pioneering role and national influence in social organization reform.

Since its first publication in 2018, the blue book series has been published for seven consecutive years, engaging over 100 experts and producing nearly 100 research papers. It has become a chronicle of Shenzhen's social organization reform and a key window into China's social governance modernization.
