On May 13, 2026, the thematic salon on social organizations promoting industrial development and the symposium on Shenzhen Social Organization Development Report (2025), hosted by the Shenzhen International Foundation for Philanthropy (CGPI) and supported by the Shenzhen Civil Affairs Bureau and Social Sciences Academic Press, was successfully held in Shenzhen.

The event brought together representatives from government departments, social organizations, academic institutions, and the business sector. Participants conducted in-depth exchanges on the key roles and practical paths of social organizations in serving new quality productive forces and promoting industrial innovation, and held a special discussion on the core research findings of the Shenzhen Social Organization Development Report (2025) blue book.
