Shenzhen Institute of international public welfare

On the morning of June 26, 2026, the opening ceremony of the 23rd International Public Management (EMP) class of the Shenzhen International Foundation for Philanthropy (CGPI) was held in Shenzhen. Anchored in the new landscape of the public welfare industry in the new era, the event aims to cultivate high-caliber professional talents and inject fresh momentum into the innovative development of the philanthropy sector.

Attendees included Chen Lijuan, Director of the Social Assistance and Charity Promotion Division of the Shenzhen Civil Affairs Bureau; Ye Zhenghang, Vice President of the Shenzhen Charity Federation and second-level researcher of the same division; Xu Ning, Executive Secretary-General of the Shenzhen Charity Federation; and Chen Huanshan, Dean of CGPI. Outstanding alumni representatives and new students of EMP Class 23 from all over China gathered to kick off their systematic public welfare learning journey. The ceremony was hosted by Li Jin, Senior Advisor of the college.
