The lessons given as part of the course this time involved combining learning theoretical knowledge with putting it into practice. In addition to learning some of the basic concepts of philanthropic organization communication, analyzing the all-media prospect in the era of the Internet, and exploring the significance and value of communication to a philanthropic organization, the EMP students were taken to the studio of the Communication University of China to do a simulated rehearsal of an impromptu press conference. Then, Guo Xiaoke, Associate Professor of the Communication University of China, was invited to exchange his views on the conducting of media interviews and the holding of press conferences with the EMP students. All the EMP students commented favorably on the course afterward.

Lingxi is a provider of information solutions specializing in serving philanthropic organizations, while Gongyibao focuses on many aspects of the running of the philanthropic organization, including fundraising and project management, thereby helping them develop.
