On the morning of Apr. 9, 2019, China Impact Investing Ecological Construction and Practice Meeting was held in Jian'ai Hall of CGPI. Wang Zhenyao, Dean of CGPI, delivered a speech and participated in the discussion throughout the meeting. Fu Changbo, Assistant Dean of CGPI, presided over the meeting. More than 20 representatives from philanthropy foundations, investment funds, research institutions, support institutions and social enterprises attended the meeting. They reviewed and summarized the development of international influence and localization construction of impact investing, and carried out in-depth discussion on the effective integration of business models and philanthropy values, construction of an innovation operation mechanism of multi-party cooperation and mutual benefits and other topics. They also explored the areas and directions of potential cooperation, and reached a preliminary consensus.
