Ray Dalio is the Founder, Chairman and Joint Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Bridgewater Associates, the biggest hedge fund in the world, Director of Beijing Dalio Public Welfare Foundation. In 2012, he was evaluated as the most successful fund manager in the hedge fund history in the industry, and entered the list of the annual top 100 world's most influential persons of Time magazine. Bridgewater Associates also achieved 22 industrial awards under his leadership and is recognized as the leading assets management company in the industry and the industry pioneer. On the other hand, Ray Dalio is keen on philanthropy, his wife and he founded Beijing Dalio Public Welfare Foundation in 2003, which is aimed to promote child-welfare, social organization innovation and other professional constructions through philanthropic education and training, promote modern philanthropy philosophy and develop other related public welfare programs.

Fang Yi is the General Secretary of Beijing Qiaonv Foundation, Vice President of Oriental Land Investment Holding Group, Board of Director of Beijing Oriental Landscape LLC. In 2015, she pushed Beijing Qiaonv Foundation and other domestic foundations to establish "China Global Philanthropy Institute" with Bill Gates and other famous American philanthropy organizations. In 2014, she drove the foundation to invest Renmin University of China to found the "Ecological Finance Research Center of RUC" and published the first Blue Book of Ecological Finance in China. In July 2011, she invested RMB10 million to Beijing Foreign Studies University to establish "International Strategy Talent Cultivation Fund."

Ming joined the foundation as Deputy Director of the China Office in 2007. She is now leading the China Office policy advocacy and government relations, and she oversees many foundation’s programs in China, including China for Africa, poverty alleviation, HIV/AIDS advocacy, water and sanitation, agriculture, and philanthropic partnerships. Prior to joining the foundation, Ming served as the Southeast Asia Regional Manager and Representative of the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN), the Country Director of Yew Chung Education Foundation, and project consultant at UNICEF. Ming graduated with a M.D. degree from Normal Bethune University of Medical Science, and received a Master’s degree in Project Management from Peking University. Ming currently serves as Board Member of Global Philanthropy Institute (CGPI).

In 2009, full time acted as the Secretary General of Lao Niu Foundation; in 2002, he worked in Inner Mongolia Mengniu Dairy (Group) Co., Ltd. as CEO of China Mengniu Dairy Company (listing in HK) and the Executive Vice President and Board Secretary of Inner Mongolia Mengniu Dairy Group.

Chen Yueguang serves as Executive Chairman and Secretary-general at the Dunhe Foundation, Vice President at the International Academy of Chinese Culture, Adjunct Research Fellow at the Center for Folklore, Classics and Chinese Characters of the Beijing Normal University, Adjunct Research Fellow at the Peking University Cross-cultural Studies Center.Chen was the Subeditor of the Into the Future, which was widely influential in 1980s. He was Editor-in-chief of the Women of China, Disability in China, Peasants of China, Market Economy of China, Excellence Publishing House, Orient, Peasant Studies and Earth-Citizens.Chen has been involved in the Project Hope for more than 20 years since 1991. He was Sydic then Vice Chairman at the China Youth Development Foundation. Under the instructions of Nan Huaijin, he first advocated classics reading for children in mainland China since 1998. He was the Director-general at the National Committee of Chinese Prose & Poetry Classics Recitation Project, which covered eight million children. Since 1996, he has lectured in Brazil, South Africa, France, Italy, India, Cuba and Spain, and worked as liaison for Chinese NGOs to construct the civil society and take part in international nonprofit activities.

As the first President of China Global Philanthropy Institute, Wang Zhenyao once worked for the Ministry of Civil Affairs for 22 years, made significant contributions to the popularization of rural election system in Chinese rural areas, the construction of minimum living standard guarantee system and the establishment of national natural disaster emergency rescue four level response system, commended by the nation during the Wenchuan earthquake relief and promoted and established orphan's pension, old age allowance and many other basic social welfare systems.
