Ma Weihua
Chairman of the Board of China Global Philanthropy Institute, Former President of China Merchants Bank
Ma Weihua was deputy to the 10th National People’s Congress, and member of the 11th &12th National Committee of CPPCC. He is also the Director General of the National Achievements of Science and echnology Transformation and Guidance Fund, President of the One Foundation, Chairman of the China Alliance of Social Value Investment, Standing Director of China Society for Finance and Banking, winner of the Commander Medal of the Star of Italy, and adjunct professor at Perking University, Tsinghua University and other colleges and universities.
Mr. Ma seeks the integration of philanthropy and business in the fields of social finance, charitable trusts, social enterprises, etc., and actively promotes the development of China's impact investment. He was also hired by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) as a special advisor to the representative office in China and a member of the Advisory Board on the Impact of Sustainable Development Goals.

Ray Dalio
Director, Founder of Bridgewater Associates
Ray Dalio is the founder of Bridgewater Associates, the largest hedge fund in the world. In 2012, he entered the list of the annual top 100 world's most influential persons of Time. He has funded a number of projects in education, marine exploration and conservation, mental health and healthcare, and joined together with his wife, Barbara Dalio, the “Giving Pledge”, promising to donate more than half of the wealth to charities. In addition, he is the founding director of the Beijing Dalio Public Welfare Foundation, which provides financial support for China's child welfare development and the innovation and capacity enhancement in China's social organizations and philanthropy. His book "Principles" has had a huge influence in the Chinese economic and philanthropic circles.

Fang Yi

Fang Yi was once the Vice President of Oriental Land Investment Holding Group. In July 2011, she donated CNY 10 million in her own name to Beijing Foreign Studies University to establish the "International Strategic Talent Cultivation Fund." In 2014, she drove the Beijing Qiaonyu Foundation to invest in Renmin University of China to found the "Ecological Finance Research Center of RUC" and published the first “Blue Book of Ecological Finance” in China.
