On the occasion of the fourth anniversary of the founding of the Institute, alumnus Zhang Tianpei has donated a total of RMB 1.5 million in three years for his friendly feelings about his alma mater and schoolmates. He sponsored the flat classroom in Shenzhen Campus of the Institute in the name of class, and contributed to the sustainable development of the Institute. E6 Room has also been the first classroom sponsored by alumni since the establishment of the Institute.
In 2019, Mr. Xu Zhipeng became member of the GPL (Global Philanthropy Leaders Program) of Global Philanthropy Institute and donated 10 million yuan to set up “International Center for the Inheritance and Studies of Intangible Cultural Heritage”. During the first five years of cooperation, Mr. Xu will be devoted to building a platform for training, research and communication to realize the in-depth link of the East and West philanthropic culture, which will help the development of China’s Intangible Cultural Heritage industry and promote the integration of public welfare and commerce.
Qin Danfeng got her undergraduate diploma and Master’s degree in Britain. After returning to China, she worked in the financial field for a long time, serving as secretary to President of Ping An Bank, and then entering the public welfare field. Successively she worked in Shenzhen Global Philanthropic Institute, One Foundation and so on.
Zhuangzhi, trainee of EMP2017 autumn class, Chairman and CEO of Engma Group, became one of the advisory board members of the Center, who had deep interactions with outstanding scholars in the industry and senior corporate executives.
Back to March 20, 2013, a rainy Wednesday, Xu Liang(EMP 2016) came to the breast milk bank in Guangzhou Women's and Children's Medical Center, the country's first "water testing" breast milk bank, and donated 140 milliliters of breast milk. The donation has tied Xu Liang to campaigns to promote breastfeeding as she has been serving as the volunteer and legislative promoter since then.
Qiao Qian, 55-year-old, is the alumnus of the Phase I "Global Philanthropy Leaders (GPL) Program at the China Global Philanthropy Institute" and a father of two sons. He has been focusing on the IT field for a long term and founded Shenzhou Sino-Bridge Technology Co., Ltd. at 30 which was then acquired by DHC after his 15-year concentration on its operation; Later he became an angel investor, the chairman of Beijing Golden Bridge Investment Co., Ltd. and president of Zhongguancun Angel Investment Institute.
